Mission

The mission of Lakeside Terrace is to encourage and provide the highest possible quality of care and services to adults and children with disabilities. 

Profile

Lakeside Terrace has been serving individuals in Nemaha County since 1991.  Lakeside Terrace provides the following services:

• Residential Services - Lakeside offers a range of residential services, including ICF (Intermediate Care Facility), group home, and supported living.
• Day Services – Lakeside has developed an exciting new configuration of Day services that combines a variety of “without walls – WOW” programming.  This is a unique approach to a traditional program which offers individuals the opportunity to reach their fullest potential in an environment that is designed by/for them through Person-Centered Planning.
• Targeted Case Management – is a skilled licensed professional who assists individuals and their families navigate the disability system, actively advocate on the persons behalf, and assist with identifying and obtaining needed resources and supports.   
• Independent Living Counseling – ILC is a service designed to assist members to self-direct their WORK services.  ILC’s may provide education, assistance and guidance with eligibility, assisting to make choices within the program, development of Individualized Budgets and Emergency Back-up Plans.
